Enzo Pettè is delighted to open the doors of his kitchen to those who want to
discover his most precious secrets and he offers a series of cooking classes that
will teach food lovers and passionate cooks all about the fragrances and flavours
of Tuscany, all, of course, with his own very personal creative touch.
The cooking courses, which can be private, collective or for groups, take place
every day from 15:30 to 17:30 and participants can enjoy the fruits of their labour
with an aperitif afterwards, and then enjoy a fine meal surrounded by the delights
of the Hosteria Bibendum. Enzo enlightens his students on how to prepare anything
from antipasti to soups, handmade pasta to meat or fish dishes and desserts.
For those who seek an even deeper understanding of our traditions, Chef Enzo
even organizes private morning tours to the Mercato Centrale in San Lorenzo from
10:00 to 12:00.
Reservations and costs (costs may vary depending on the type of class):
- € 170 per person, pasta and non-sweet bakery items
- € 190 per person, fish and mollusks
- € 160 per person, Italian-style vegetarian food
- Cooking lessons for children from 7 to 13 years of age: €110 per child - how
to make pasta, pizza and sweets.
The price includes:
- An apertif
- Dinner
- Use of the kitchen and proper attire (apron, gloves and chef’s hat, etc)
- An end of course diploma
