Cooking lessons

Seduced by the perfumes and flavours of Tuscany, cookery enthusiasts can learn how to make local dishes, using innovative and traditional methods under the expert eye of our chef Enzo Petté. The courses can be individual or for small groups and are held every day from 3.30 pm to 5.30 pm. At the end of the day the participants can enjoy an aperitif prepared specially for the occasion and stay for dinner in the lovely Hostaria Bibendum. Numerous dishes can be made, from hors d’oeuvres to soups, handmade pasta, meat and fish dishes and desserts.
For clients amusing the cooking, the Chef Enzo can organize a private tour of the San Lorenzo Centrall Hall, that can take place in the morning, from 10.00 am to 12.00 am.


Booking and costs:
You may choose among several cooking class options, such as:
 - one session cooking class from 3.30 pm to 5.30 pm
• pasta and flans at € 170.00 per person 
• fish and shell fish at € 190.00 per person 
• Italian vegetarian cooking at € 160.00 per person 
• cooking class for kids, available from 7 to 13 year's old children:
  pasta, pizza and cake preparation at € 110.00 per child 

The price includes:
• Aperitif
• Dinner
• Use of cooking equipment (aprons, gloves, chef’s hat, etc.)
• Course diploma

   at € 50.00 per person
