Seduced by the perfumes and flavours of Tuscany, cookery enthusiasts can learn
how to make local dishes, using innovative and traditional methods under the expert
eye of our chef Enzo Petté. The courses can be individual or for small groups
and are held every day from 15.00 to 18.30. At the end of the day the participants
can enjoy an aperitif prepared specially for the occasion or stay for dinner in
the lovely Hostaria Bibendum. Numerous dishes can be made, from hors d’oeuvres
to soups, handmade pasta, meat and fish dishes and desserts. |
