The Enoteca ai Banchi is a charming winter garden in a former inner courtyard
of the hotel. Covered by a splendid glass dome, the wine bar has become one of
the most popular meeting places in town, ideal for an aperitif, a light lunch
or a snack. The furnishings have been completely renovated to set the tone of
this smart but trendy and informal bar, where you can try the tasting menu of
