Sonia Bastiani is the Corporate Yield and Revenue Manager for the Royal Demeure Hotel Group since September 2005.
She is in charge of coordinating and overseeing the Revenue Management strategies
for the three hotels located in Rome, Florence and Siena.
She has always been aware of the strategic importance of the Revenue Management
in the Hotel industry and she has developed group strategies at the Revenue Management
Department of the Rocco Forte Hotel Chain Headquarter in London.
Sonia Bastiani’s text-book career has seen her in management roles in some of
the most famous properties in Italy and the UK, including the Hotel de Russie
and the Hotel Eden in Rome, the Grosvenor House in London.
