The Royal Demeure Hotel Group has appointed Ms. Giada Iozia as HR Manager of the company.
She is responsible for the activities of personnel management, recruiting performance
evaluation, professional growth and training. In addition she was given the project
of mapping the internal expertise of the hotels’ staff and she is responsible
for security and general services of the Directorate-General.
After attending a Master in Health Psychology at the University of Rome La Sapienza – she has worked with very important companies such as Future Drive SrL, Cartesio
Project Enterprise Ltd., Warner Village Cinemas SpA carrying out projects to develop
HR.
